I had to put my furbaby to sleep and they were very caring and understanding and gentle with her. I won't use another Veterinary Hospital , Drs. Boothe and Henderson are the best and the office staff are caring as well . They also sent me a sympathy card a few days after. And their rates are reasonable.
If I can give a zero I would. The guy has no compassion or any humane nerve in his body! My cat was dying after hours about 1140 pm and it made it seem like I was an inconvenience. He even said that he was about to go to sleep and had a very long day... why have a emergency service if you are going to Huff and puff and have no compassion at all for my fur daughter... all I wanted was for my cat to be at peace. There is NO WAS I will recommend this guy to anyone... I Ended up holding my cat until she passed, 6 hours later...

Took a horse there a few years ago with a swollen strained ankle... the real issue is we had to point ur which foot it was that he needed to look at.... like IDK MAYBE THE ONE 3 TIMES THE SIZE OF THE OTHERS??? And in the end he said it looked fine! We took to another vet and they fixed her up. The good to the place is we have been taking our dogs there for a few years and they seem to do well for basic things however when it's something serious we still go to the other vet for assurances sake... so in short DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING BUT YOUR DOG OR CAT AND ONLY TAKE THEM IF ITS NOTHING SERIOUS such as shots or flea tick medications etc.
Take both my large and small animals. Doctors and staff are very nice and helpful. Doctors take time to explain stuff to you so that you will fully understand what's going on with your animal.
