Been to many pizza huts all over Oklahoma. So far the best one yet! Pizza was fresh and baked just right. Friendly waitress and clean
I was getting 2 salads to go. The girl getting my containers dropped a lid on the floor. She went to the other side of the room, then back & picked up the lid. She placed the lid back on the stack with the other lids. I said, "Oh no, that goes on the trash." She just looked clueless & went about her work. Makes me wonder how clean my containers were.
I felt like I was being rushed. And after I ordered she hung up on me didn't ask if I wanted any drinks or etc. Like a good customer service ought to be. Don't remember her name. But I'm not going to pick up my order I'll have them make it and waste their time like mine was. Remember good customer service brings customers back.
