Clean and good service
The rooms were comfortable, beds were great, breakfast was delicious and the staff bent over backwards to be helpful and very nice. Will stay here again.
Hotel worker was nice but the hotel itself was not. A.c. was horrible. Switched rooms once to a nicer one and same result. Was told owner would not do refund until we switched or tried another room. Once we did that and did not work owner would not give a refund unless it was something major. Mind you I have 3 sons and my fiance with me and we all were sweating like crazy.
Oh and one more thing. The cleaning lady was awesome she would leave my ac unit on for me when she was done cleaning that way it was super cold when I got off work thanks again for the wonderful stay
BED BUGS, COCKROACHES and management disgraceful. I recently stayed there and had 25 plus bed bug bites. They changed my room and I was still bitten and I had to spray for bed bugs & cockroaches. I am the owner of 21st Century Travel, Inc. among other businesses and I have never experienced a dump like this in all my years of traveling. I have filed a complaint with the Health Department and my recommendation is to stay in Chickasha which is 20 miles away. Bed Bugs are carrying many diseases potentially and the public must be informed.
Stayed with this motel for some time with work the customer service was on point and really made my stay fill like home thx guys. Now for why there are only 3stars when I looked this place up on google it shows a really nice picture of a pool well it wasn't open and nobody else's pool was open this is one of those things I like about motels especially in the middle of summer. That might be a little picky but I like tacking a dip after a long hard day of work.
